Effective August 24, 2026. These terms apply to paid employer advertising purchased from CivilEngineerJobs.net. Submitting a job or requesting information does not create a purchase.
1. Eligibility and review
Every role is reviewed for civil-engineering relevance, a working employer-controlled application route, and sufficient listing details. We may decline or remove misleading, discriminatory, expired, duplicate, commission-only, pay-to-apply, or otherwise unsuitable listings. Free publication is discretionary and is not guaranteed.
2. What paid placement includes
A Featured campaign provides the placements and reporting described on the employer page for 30 consecutive days. Featured Plus runs for 45 consecutive days. Placement begins on the agreed activation date after the role is approved and payment has cleared. Newsletter inclusion is subject to an available scheduled digest and is not promised when no digest is sent during the campaign.
3. Pricing and payment
The price confirmed in writing before payment is the full campaign price unless both parties approve a change. Current founding prices are $49 for Featured and $99 for Featured Plus. No recurring subscription or automatic renewal is created. Applicable taxes, if any, will be identified before payment.
4. Cancellation and refunds
An employer may cancel for a full refund before campaign activation. After activation, campaign fees are normally non-refundable because placement and measurement have begun. If we cannot deliver the purchased placement because of a failure within our control, the employer may choose a reasonable campaign extension, replacement placement, or a refund for the undelivered portion.
5. Roles that close early
If the advertised role closes during the first seven campaign days, the employer may request one transfer of the remaining placement to another approved civil-engineering role from the same employer. Requests should be sent promptly to hi@civilengineerjobs.net. A transfer does not extend the original end date unless agreed in writing.
6. Measurement and results
Campaign reports contain anonymous job-detail views and outbound clicks to the employer application measured by CivilEngineerJobs.net. They do not represent completed applications, interviews, or hires. We do not guarantee traffic, applications, candidates, or hiring outcomes.
7. Employer responsibilities
The employer confirms that it is authorized to advertise the role and that the supplied title, location, compensation, application URL, and other claims are accurate and lawful. Applications remain on the employer’s system. The employer is responsible for its hiring process, candidate communications, privacy practices, accessibility, and compliance with employment laws.
8. Changes and contact
The terms accepted for an active paid campaign will not be changed retroactively. Future terms may be updated on this page with a new effective date. Questions, corrections, cancellation requests, and service concerns can be sent to hi@civilengineerjobs.net.
