Approved campaigns are billed by invoice in US dollars and paid by bank transfer. The invoice includes the beneficiary and transfer instructions. Placement begins after cleared payment, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

An active campaign receives a visible Featured label and priority ordering across applicable job, discipline, location, and company pages. Featured Plus can also receive homepage and newsletter placement when inventory and delivery are available.

Paid employers receive a weekly email with seven-day and campaign-to-date job views, outbound application clicks, and apply-click rate. The private employer portal provides the underlying daily campaign view. We do not claim completed applications because candidates apply on the employer’s own ATS.

Eligible paid campaigns receive a report every Monday for the previous seven completed days. Delivery begins after the campaign is active, its invoice is recorded as paid, and the approved employer contact has portal access.

No. We guarantee the approved placement and transparent measurement described by the plan, not a particular number of applicants or hires.

If it closes during the first seven campaign days, you may request one transfer of the remaining placement to another approved role from the same employer. Full cancellation and refund terms are published before purchase.

Yes. Relevant civil-engineering roles can be submitted for manual review as free verified listings. Promotion is optional.
