Civil Engineer - Land Development opportunity with Atwell, LLC in Lombard, IL, focused on land development work.
Responsibilities
- Designs site plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Prepares conceptual grading analyses and site layout.
- Prepares and computes, but not limited to due diligence/site analysis reports, engineer opinion of probable costs, utility computations, detention/retention computations, storm water reports, earthwork analysis.
- Assists in production of final construction drawings.
- Prepares permit applications for applicable municipal agencies.
- Assists project managers as requested.
- Assists with client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects.
- Works closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
- 3+ years of Experience
