Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Registered P.E. in Texas (or ability to transfer license to TX).
- 10-15+ years of experience in civil engineering ideally residential master-planned community development that includes paving, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, etc.
- Strong business development experience.
- Solid working knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, or other modeling software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with cities/municipalities or counties is preferred.
- Experience working on private land development projects while working with cities, municipalities, and counties.
