- Project require the need for new and specialized equipment, materials and methods associated with DOD space and missile launch and tracking programs;
- Dealings and coordination with avariety of interested parties, DOD and non-DOD government organizations and civilian aerospace contractors located at Vandenberg AFB, local government officials, state and local environmental agencies.
- Construction is performed under rigid completionschedules associated with space and missile programs, and requires strict adherence to safetystandards.
